Gotta love the comments on that thread, though ...

People jumping through convoluted hoops in order to make the dude TA. Justifying that this isn't really sexual harassment on the part of the female employee because he "egged it on" by saying "not tonight". It's a textbook example of a double standard.

As I like to do, I flip the script on something like this and I can totally seeing everyone calling a female boss TA, while laughing their ass off at the dumb dude for sending pics of his 'unit'. And can see the commenters making comments about how stupid the male employee would be. There are a few of those on this thread, but most commenters are trying to go as easy on her as they can. They never would be that easy on a dude.

As a business owner, if I were stupid enough to hire a female employee you had best believe that I would have done the same thing. Not to see how far she would go on a personal level, but to see the real quality and disposition of someone in my employ. Someone that engages in this sort of behaviour has serious boundary issues. The only thing that I would have done differently is make the text dump policy known. Just a brief message like, 'Be advised, all texts and media sent and received from your business line will be dumped to a communal write-restricted volume on the SAN for purposes of ensuring proper workplace boundaries, transparency, and ease of access if someone has to step in for you. Any pictures of your bits you send to your SO will be viewable by your co-workers. You have been warned.'
