Pop culture (news, movies, celebrities, magazines) are promoting girl-power and you go girl and encouraging them like we are living in 1940 and feminism has just been introduced.

It assumes women haven't been encouraged enough. Even though most modern women grew up/are growing up, in a post 1960 world.

It assumes women aren't privileged enough, making 99% of alimony receivers, 80% of child custody, and very low percentage in war deaths, homicides, suicides.

It assumes women aren't given the choice. The truth is, last time a white woman was honor killed is probably 1800s. The truth is, they have more choices than man because they can always fall back on plan B, beta buck.

It assumes that women are shamed. The truth is, it's blasphemy to mention a women's weight while men's height is thrown around casually. Male infidelity is shamed while female infidelity is hailed as a landmark for civilization.

When will they stop and reflect, "It seems like it's enough "girl power." We have finally eradicated patriarchy. Now time for some real shit like going to Mars or gene editing"?

When? When men are reduced to ever-scared, (literally) pussy-worshiping cattle for princesses? I assume it's not far-fetched considering the pace "you go girl" is going on.
