I can't offer you much relationship advice. Read what's here and adapt it to your own circumstances.

Career advice, yes, if it's invited. Take what's useful and leave the rest.

EE here myself, although I've got about 3 decades on you. Did my Masters and most of a Ph.D., signal processing and telecommunications. Have a couple of patents and research journal publications (real IEEE ones). Just to establish myself a bit.

My main advice is to stay away from any companies or organizations that are obviously SJW converged. A big problem in North America is that our STEM grad schools are flooded with foreigners, mainly Chinese but a lot of Indians, Arabs, etc.

They are not here for excellence in the field. They want citizenship and access to the job market.

Once you're in a company and surrounded by them you'll be actively discriminated against. They can easily kill your career. They only want to work with each other and hire each other once one gets in the position to hire.

You can easily see entire groups of Indians working with other Indians and Chinese working with just other Chinese.

I'd suggest work in a field that requires a security clearance. Military, etc. It's about the only way you have a chance. Google around for what it's like at Amazon, Google, Microsoft. I know people at the companies. They're shitholes to work at.

Just my view point and experience.

There are only two things you have to truly understand to become fulfilled in life as a MGTOW:

A man who doesn't father children and doesn't marry and on top of that has a decent income simply can't loose in life.
All the TRP/PUA related activities are primarily focused on receiving female validation and not on having sex with beautiful women or enjoying the company of women.
Now you have to ask yourself, do you want to be the kind of man who defines his self worth by his success with women? Why in the hell would anyone want do that, there is a clear market price for attractive women that is much lower than the price of marriage and having kids, let alone divorce.
Detach yourself from all existing social norms and think this through rationally
Do you define your self worth by your ability to fix the sewage or do you pay a plumber for that?
Do you define your self worth by your ability to hunt for you own food? or do you just go to the supermarket buy a packaged meat with all the work being done for you already.
Do you define your self worth by your ability to fix your own car or do you pay a mechanic for that?
You get the picture, there is an inconsistency here with TRP thinking with regards to putting women on the pedestal, their stupidity will be your gain in life since it will reduce competition.

As you have already noticed all of the above have one thing in common, they require a decent income which incidentally you are already on your way to achieve. Once you establish your self as a professional in the field your next target should be the ability to work remotely either by consulting or having an arrangement with your company. If you achieve this you could relocate to a 3rd world country with a western salary, and from there own you could a hot girlfriend or two and live your life as you please. That is my plan anyways and I am not far from it.

Some general life advice for someone in your position:

Protect yourself. Always use condom. Don't leave it behind. Either flush it down the toilet, or dump it into zip-lock bag and carry it with you, until you're able to do so. As future university grad you're prime target for sperm-jacking.
Unless you're ridiculously handsome, online dating won't work for you with any reasonable ROI. Social interaction is where it's at for most men. If you want to meet women, go to places where women congregate with favorable male / female ratio. Joga, dance lessons, improv classes etc. see -> TRP / PUA. Don't pay for any ridiculous "workshops" that would teach you how to pick up women. Everything you need to know is available online for free. Stick to the basics and train by actually talking to women.
Work on your overall social skills. They are invaluable in distinguishing you on the job market from the other half-aspies in your class. Learn sales. Yes. Sales. You can teach STEM graduate sales skills, but you can't teach a sales guy STEM. It's a ridiculously powerful leverage.
If you want some specific suggestions, The Art of Charm used to be a good source for both romantic and business social skills theory, not to mention rather interesting interviewees, before their Jordan Harbinger left (at ~600th episode). He's a pretentious prick, but he got the social stuff cornered. AJ Harbinger (name coincidence) who hosts it now is not as good.
Get a job in your field. Any job. While still studying. It will help you differentiate you from the rest of the graduates your university dumps on the labor market when you've all graduated. Ideally, start negotiating for future position before you graduate. Go to user groups of tech companies and network.

This reminds me of a Saturday in 1983 I was studying law in may for my finals. I had worked all day and decided to take a break. It was a warm evening and I could hear people walking into town to enjoy the bars and clubs. I thought I would watch tv for 10-15 minutes. Two videos came on addicted to love by Robert Palmer and careless whispers by George Michael. It’s so unfair I thought I am stuck studying and these guys are having a glamorous life with beautiful women. Both Robert and Michael died very early now they are both dead and I am the lucky one.

Focus on what you are doing now zone out distractions your rewards are coming you cannot force it. Do not worry yourself over other people believe me they have their own problems.

Avert your eyes from women and delete the dating apps. Find a study group of guys who want to graduate like you. Find a person who's completed that degree and/or is working in your dream job as a mentor.

P.S. When I say "avert" I mean don't act on your feelings of arousal. They are hard not to look at sometimes. But maybe you should plan out your final project/thesis to occupy your time.

Study, complete your phd, DO NOT BECOME A PROFESSOR, go in the field and private sector. They would hire you for good money and would give even give you a chauffeur driven car as well.
