This is a video I made after emerging from a seven year relationship recently and just decided to start making videos critical of aspects of the culture developing around me that I am not super fond of, which I feel deserve critique. I invested so much in that relationship, to my own detriment, and am now left with little more than a life I have to attempt to rebuild from the ground up.

This video is a generalised view of what I have called toxic femininity, and goes into some of its defining characteristics and the subsequent results which are and have been developing as a result. It is based on things I have learned from experience, as well as reading up on behavioural psychology and philosophy on the same subject matter.
