Doing that right there, especially if you attack the weights like they're your fucking ex, or Chad, or whoever will put you far ahead of so many men.

Abundance mentality. Anytime a girl is causing enough problems that you spend more than ten minutes thinking about how to handle her bullshit, is she worth your fucking time? No, she's not. It's a good way to think about it. What is she really getting you? There are 3.5 billion vaginas on this planet. No matter how great you think she is, she's dating your beta ass so think about it like that. Until you truly embody alpha male traits, you're dealing with lower quality women than you deserve or are capable of because you're warming up. Most men don't start banging 10s from day one. Second is fitness, become healthy and fuckable...this is not a debatable. You need to like yourself intrinsically.

Third is fucking anything that moves, but that's only after you fixed the first 2 issues

Man.. I could be you, but about 5 months in the future. I won't ramble, but at first you need to search your inner self. Go walk. Go think. Go walk on some trails, and really come clean with yourself.

Core tip is to exercise. Do what you are comfortable with, even if its just push ups. Do something though, and trim your junk food/soda in take.

There is more, but dont overload yourself.

Use the pain as fuel.
