We see lots of hate directed toward mgtow by society. Any society really. Or culture. Except for a few exceptions in Japan and in the west with mgtow, not catering to women literally your whole life is looked down upon. I'd argue that mgtow are some of the best at holding up the foundations of society. Vox Day's latest mgtow diatribes really got me to thinking about this since him and his commenters were calling mgtow things like cowards, snakes and destroyers of society in general. Here are my thoughts on why that just isn't true.

  1. Mgtow generally work and pay taxes. Probably not as much as a married man but then again our resource usage is most likely MUCH less also so it's definitely a net gain for society. However, sometimes because we can really concentrate on being excellent at work we pay more taxes because we can earn more for our skills.
  2. Less resource usage. As mentioned above I would guess most mgtow are fairly low on buying useless shit over and over for pure consumerism. I'm sure some could argue using more consumer stuff is "good" for the economy but that's short term thinking. Spending money on valuable and durable goods increases investment in those goods thereby spurring new innovations that are truly valuable to society long term.
  3. Investing. Investing in profitable companies with savings is also immensely helpful to society. Single men and/or divorced men after the divorce rape is over probably have much more to save/invest. In my own case my ex-wife made really good money and I still have a TON more investable assets now. I could choose to work less or just keep socking it away. Society acts like money saved is wasted but the opposite is the case. It's not like its under a mattress rotting somewhere.
  4. And finally...attitude/mindset. I have finally picked out a few mgtow irl and like myself they are low key, kind and helpful in general. To both men AND women. However, the kindness stops with women and doesn't include cohabitation/marriage. In other words, society can always use more kind and low key men even if they aren't supporting women explicitly with resource transfer.
