So in only about a year Tesla will be rolling out the new Roadster. And I have never wanted anything more than that car. 0-60 in only 1.9 seconds! It’s like a roller coaster in my own personal garage.

Problem is, I’m a divorced father of two. This car only has two seats. I lost both my houses in my divorce and my kids need more space. I feel like maybe I should do the responsible thing and have some property for the future and the nice school district.

I’m well off but I have I have nothing to show for due to being taken to the cleaners. I also have lots of loans that need to be paid. Should I indulge myself or be a responsible adult and rebuild some assets?
