Mid twenties here but obviously, save that money. Stack it. Don't get a car loan, don't get a gf. Don't buy expensive clothing, buy stuff that fits you properly and you will look good. Find what you want to work with, cause you need a job. Do this and the end of you twenties early thirties will be good. You can travel, buy a car, nice appartment/house whatever you need. That is what mgtow is about atleast for my own part. Go to the gym and eat good.

Save now for retirement as much as you can. Saving for 10 years from 20-30 years old will give you more retirement money than saving for 20 years from 45-65 years of age.

Find a hobby that you can still do when you're 65.

No relationships at work. (I know you said no women stuff)

Make sure you have friends outside of work. Or, even better, keep work life separate from personal life.

Unless it is ABSOLUTELY necessary -- don't buy things (especially not "STUPID shit") on or with "credit" (i.e. DEBT).

What constitutes "necessary"?

A 'reliable' vehicle that gets you to/from work (and/or is otherwise necessary for your business/livelihood or even just general "living" {most rural areas have zero 'mass transit' so SOME kind of vehicle is a virtual necessity of life/living}.)
A mortgage on a [modest/small] house -- but only when you're actually READY to do so (sick & tired of renting & having to move; want/need to have a 'place of your own' and a garage/workshop, etc) -- and then ONLY when you're borrowing LESS than 80% of the purchase price (you have the rest in cash/savings for a downpayment; without entirely cleaning out your savings I should add). Ideally you would want to buy a place with CASH, but sadly because of the very existence of 'mortgages' that's going to be almost impossible, and is financially impractical (Note: and *don't** make the mistake of thinking that by 'renting' you're entirely AVOIDING the 'financing' costs, because I guarantee you that whatever building you are renting in... IS "leveraged" by the owner in some fashion, that is he building has a mortgage or other credit/debt behind it; and thus the 'financing' cost of that {like the property taxes on the building} are just 'hidden' within your rent).
Business Loans (YOUR business) to purchase property/production equipment/finance inventory -- but even here, you should try to minimize it -- convincing businesses to 'leverage/lease' just about everything (& rigging the "tax system" to favor such) has been one of the Financial industries TWO greatest "coups"; allowing them to SUCTION the majority of productive profits OUT of actually productive people (the other greatest "coup" is the ~5% they extract from the "digital payments system"... credit/debit cards, etc).
THAT's IT.

Pretty much EVERYTHING ELSE... you should be paying for with CASH.

What constitutes "STUPID shit"?

Any 'brand new' vehicle -- but especially any brand new vehicle that is purchased because it is "cool" and/or will "impress others" (and I don't give a shit whether it's "Chicks" or "the other Guys" you are trying to "impress"; buying shit ON CREDIT to "impress" others is GRADE-A STUPIDITY!) Why? Because in addition to being a waste of money in and of itself (most of the 'value' of any such vehicle will disappear in depreciation in short order; a BIG chunk of it the instant you drive it off the lot); but also -- and this is especially true of financed vehicles (and more so yet of "trendy/cool/sporty" vehicles) -- there is the additional expense of "full coverage insurance" (basically YOU paying to insure/guarantee the 'value' of the LENDER'S "collateral/asset")... and that's the equivalent of "burning cash" (you are literally doing the equivalent of lighting one or more $100s bill on fire EVERY month... "poof" it's gone).
Fucking FURNITURE -- Never, EVER buy "furniture" with a credit card... And I don't give a shit about your fantasies of how you & the guys will "chill" on that fancy-arsed recliner leather sofa or whatever... 'cause the probability of THAT happening is slim, and/or if it does happen, well that furniture is gonna be trashed in fairly short order (plus it has almost ZERO resale value regardless), if not during your normal "living" then when you move. Instead, learn to sleep/sit on the frigging FLOOR if you need to for a few weeks (or even months) until you can afford to pay cash for something (minimalist is still best) and/or pick up furniture for FREE (and/or low cost off of Craiglist, etc)... a sizable chuck of people move every year (~10% of the population), and a good half of them either throw out or are forced to sell (cheap) perfectly servicable furniture. (About the ONLY thing you absolutely want to buy "brand new" is a mattress, and if you're SMART, you'll buy a small futon or "Twin" mattress -- which are fairly cheap even when 'brand new' -- rather than some ridiculous queen/king sized monstrosity.)
Big, 'impressive' and 'expensive' house. Just NO, fuck no... BIG means BIG taxes, BIG maintenance, BIG insurance, and BIG utilities (and again note this is ALSO true of 'rentals' in one way or another, even if you're getting some "big-old farmhouse" at some "cheap" per month rent, well chances are the utility bills will cost you an arm & a leg, etc) -- WTF, *other than filling it with vast amounts of (stupid) furniture, are you going to DO with all of that space anyway? How much space do you NEED to actually live in? (yourself, as ONE person!) I guarantee you even a SMALL home will give you MORE space (as a bachelor) than the typical MARRIED (w/ or w/o children) actually calls "his own"; no matter HOW big the McMansion he's indentured himself to pay for over 30+ years.
Anything & EVERYTHING else Clothes, gadgets*, food, appliances (maybe excepting some washer-dryer IF you just bought a house), whatever... if you can't afford to pay for it with CASH, then you shouldn't be buying it (and I don't give a shit whether it's 0% financing for a year or some other "payments" bogus bullshit {the "just $10 a month for XX months" adds up & before you know it, your whole PAYCHECK is going to several of those things}, if you don't have the cash to pay for it NOW, then -- unless it's one of those "necessary" things previously listed -- you probably shouldn't be buying it, period... WAIT until you have the cash in hand, and then SEE if you REALLY want to buy it.)

* And YES, that includes your frigging "smart-phone" as well (as "gaming consoles/computers") -- DON'T finance that crap; it too is a FAST-depreciating waste -- and don't sign up for X year "contract" shit (doesn't matter what so called "free" crap it comes with; it AIN'T FREE)... seriously, get a PREPAID/PAY-AS-YOU-GO/PAYGO phone (and then control/limit the use of it; you'll save a TON of money that way, and you'll reduce your probability of getting "addicted" to the damnable things as well).

If it flies, fucks or floats, rent it - but I refuse to follow my own advice and am hoping to buy a sailing yacht within a month or so :P

(A cheap one, for cash. This will be my 3rd boat; I currently have a motorboat and had a smaller motorboat before that)

As a general rule though, yeah try to buy assets rather than liabilities. I wouldn't be buying the yacht if it weren't a 'trailer sailer' type and I already have a driveway with a roof for it. If I had to pay mooring charges each month or pay someone to keep an eye on it or clean it etc I wouldn't do so.

If you smoke/vape, stop. Put the same money into your retirement acct. Old you and your lungs/throat will thank you

Do not buy a new car. Save money, get pre-owned, preferably with cash. Low/no payments will always feel good. Learn to do as much of your own servicing as you can. Buy an air compressor ($20-$30), keep it in your trunk, to keep your tires correctly inflated. If you have steel rims, keep a can of fix-a-flat with it. (Alloy rims get messed up by fix-a-flat if you don’t get it out soon after using) If you do use it, TELL the tire repair guy its in there, so he does not have to clean his station from the “surprise”.

Think of how you spend money by equating some thing you like as a unit of value. (eg: is that dinner worth the price of a new game? how many six-packs of beer is that impulse-buy item worth?

Buy experiences, not things.

Learn how to cook a wide, great variety of food and shop for your self. Learn how to make a few sauces, a few pastries. You will always eat well. Clean as you cook.

Wear sun screen/hats. Losing the tip of your nose/ears is never a good look. Always wear sunglasses outside to delay eye wrinkles.

Learn how to tie your tie correctly. Never use clip-ons unless you are a security guard/police.

Learn to play an instrument that travels well. Take it with you on trips for idle times.

Do not idly wander on social-media sites. Get on, get out, get going.

Learn new skills outside of your comfort zone. (eg CPR, first aid, S&R, preparedness classes offered by cities.) You don’t have to become an expert, just file the info away in your brain. You will be comfortable and more confident in strange/stressful locations.

Don’t be afraid to change jobs/careers.

Broaden yourself with self-guided foreign travel (not tours). Take a few long road trips by picking place far away and go there.

Look at and learn to read maps. Use a GPS only when necessary. Develop your sense of direction/place. Bonus: Learn how to read the sky to navigate.

Don’t be a dick. Don’t be a pushover.

Take the time to stop, look, and appreciate this great planet we live on.

Build your credit and use that access to money to buy cash-flow assets (stocks, real estate.) My favorite technique is using a new credit card offer with no interest over a year and buy stocks/options. With the amount of soda and cigarettes people buy over a year, they could’ve been buying shares and get their portfolio jump-started.
