Being 6ft range is genetics. You can’t ask for something a person can’t attain without the genetics. At least being in the 140lb range is attainable if you work at it.

I've lost 25 pounds in one month doing snake juice fasting, and I was not even working out much at all during this time. Losing weight is a fucking joke, people are just too addicted to food and afraid to try anything different that they stay fat and prefer to cry instead.

I agree, because I’m one of those people. For years I blamed it everything and ignored the fact that it was all attributed to my self control. I’m by no means fit now but I’m a hell of a lot smaller than when I was a whale in denial.

I like them 5'5" (avd height for a woman) and ~120 lbs fit/skinny.
a 5'5" and 140 is a bit on the "big bones" side, too much for me.

I'm 6'5 slim and I guess moderately attractive, been told I look like either a dad, track coach or an actor on the lifetime Channel lol
I just blow off 90% of women and the other 10%, maybe ill let them talk to me, as soon as you look interested they don't care.
