I appreciate this report. Assertiveness is one of the more underappreciated and untaught life skills. It's the sweet spot between Passive and Aggressive that TRP students too new to absorb nuance may miss, and assume to stop being a passive Beta pushover means turning themselves into that aggressive asshole.
