You know I still dont understand what mentoring is. Is it like job training... I mean I get it with an art/trade like blacksmith... but all I've ever gotten in military/I.t/finance is some courses I pass or failed and the rest I just fuckin figured it out. But I never learned a craft like blacksmith.
