Bro, Im telling you. I'm 6'2, but used to be really fat, around 310. I lost a huge amount of weight (down to 220) and lifted quite a bit. At one point I wasn't even that hench and yet the difference I saw was immense. The exact same thing.

It's all in your head. I hate to break it to you but you weigh 139 pounds. Thats small as fuck. People you see in public didn't know you when you were 114 pounds. You feel and look better to yourself which has a huge impact on your inner game and confidence.

I'm telling you, you have only been lifting for 7 months. That is almost nothing. You might look fit since you have super low body fat but I doubt your physique is causing people to change their behavior around you. Your mindset has changed because of your progress. Much more than just looks.

Could you tell us how you did it? Did you use a kitchen scale? Did you bulk clean? What does a bulky day of eating looks like for you?

Being fit is great, but add that to success and money, and you will be amazed at how differently people treat you. (Yes, success and money are related, but not exactly the same thing.)

Get that trifecta going, and the world is your oyster. Trust me on this.

Only caveat I will add is of the three, being fit is by FAR the easiest to do. Think about it. Go to the gym for an hour five days a week, and you'll likely be in the top 10% of gents out there, maybe top 5% depending upon your diet and genetics.

That said, being in the top 5% of net worth? According to one recent source, that's about two million dollars. Unless you were born with a silver spoon, that's going to take a lot more than a five hours a week commitment.

Not to worry, its all worth it in the end. Again, trust me on this.

I have a similar story.

By the time I was 16 or so, I was 6' tall. I had never been more than 150 lbs, so I looked like a twig. Women ignored me for the most part, other guys would pick on me, etc. I started playing football my football year and working out was necessary. In 6 months I went from 150 to 185 lbs.

The difference was staggering. The first day of my junior year is something I'll never forget. Most people didnt seem to recognize me, except for my teammates. Girls (hell, even some female teachers) gave me the eye. One guy who always tried to pick on me said "holy shit, did you start doing steroids?" And didnt try to fuck with me again.

Its worth it.

I understand the change among women, but I don't really see how you are going to be more respected at work. At work you have to be more effective and efficient, productive. Of course a good presence is important, but I don't really see how it changes your life at work being a little bit more muscular. Actually the more successful guys at work I have seen are not fit, they tend to be more like beta bucks as we say here. They are not fat either, they have belly and they barely do any sports.

Edit: it could be more a psychological thing

When I was a teenager I made a transition, and I was so disappointed in the reaction of women that I went MGTOW for several years.

That's ancient history and I am over it.

If you reinvent your body then you have to reinvent your mind. People - and specifically women - will treat you differently. You have to deal with it and know that people are people and women are women and that is just the way things roll.
