This is a good GENERAL model, but there's a lot of things that need to be more precise and more worked out in practice:

It’s important to befriend the girl’s social circle

This is not as simple as "go befriend them" b/c you can be 100% sure men will be against you almost all the time and her girlfriends 50% of the time initially.

Pass her tests

Since it's a group setting, you omitted the fact that you will have to deal with Shit Tests from ALL women in the group and the AMOG attempts from men.

Create Sexual arousal

Step one - isolate the girl, even briefly. You're not going to do anything more sexual than a hug or an arm around her when her friends are there to judge her.

Keep in mind that the biggest I.O.I. a girl can give you is that she’s still there.

True partially. Since you don't isolate her - she MIGHT be there for you, but as well might be there for her friends and not be into you at all. A better litmus test is to test her compliance to you, which can be done in any group setting ("show me your hand"). "Her not leaving" is an IOI if she's alone and can move freely.

Attraction: Show a girl that you are not tryhard, you’re relatively cool, and you’re not a social outcast. This is all you need for attraction.

Not nearly enough. Clone yourself and make the clone a bit taller or even make him wear a bit more flashy clothes. You "the original" is gone, b/c compared to the flashy clone the "not tryhard relatively cool not a social outcast" is just not enough. This MIGHT work IF you two are alone and in one room, in any other situation it's just not going to.

Arousal: “He’s free. He does what he wants and can express himself fully. He’s not a people pleaser. He is comfortable with physicality.”

This is attraction.

Arousal would be something like "i'm getting anxious around him, i want him to touch me, i want him to be closer, i feel the tension when he's around me b/c i don't know what next thing he's going do to to me".

Connection: “I can trust him, he wouldn’t just kill me, he can talk about his feelings, and he’s a human just like me.

Trust with women is established by dominance/confidence, leading and by gaining rapport (familiarity, sharing similar personal stories that show you're on the same page when it comes to your personalities).

I can guarantee you that "sharing your personal feelings" is the big step backwards, unless you're sharing super fun or scary stories that elicit thrilling emotions. Anything remotely making you sad or negative will get you rejected, since she'll just assume you can't handle your life and your emotions.

Qualifying her also helps build connection, for example, you might say, “You know what Jenny, I never thought I’d meet a girl as smart and cool as you tonight.”

This is not Qualifying her, this is pedestalizing. Qualification is giving her a challenge she can pass that will make her fell you want her or like her for something more than her big boobs - it's preventive disarming ASD (it can also be for you. to make sure you're attracted to her, if you take this a bit more seriously and use it for keeping a standard, not the seduction only).

Something as simple as "hey do you like to read books or watch movies on TV?". You can act all impressed when she says "books" and still get a safe "TV" answer (to which you can say "yeah oprah is sooo amazing with her profound insights, you a bit like that too, right? blah blah yadda yadda").
