There are no "low SMV races" there are low SMV individuals who happen to belong to various racial/ethnic groups. Yes, it will depend on context/region/local culture but I've seen Arabs score with fine Jewish girls. I've also seen Indian's with some hot women and this is Kentucky i'm talking about.

There are no "Low SMV Races" there are just guys that cannot speak English clearly. An accent can be either "interesting" or "distracting".

If you want to game girls in Europe then some different rules apply.
