Hello again. So I've been noticing more behavior like what I'm about to describe since I started reading into MGTOW a few years ago and wanted to see if anyone else had shared or similar experiences.

So my main job is an office gig where I work at a desk in a room with an open floor plan with a handful of other people. We all face the windows at the front of the room where natural light comes in. Anyway, there are men and women that work in this space but I've noticed this one woman being increasingly obnoxious.

As soon as she comes in in the morning (which is ALWAYS 1-3 hours after I get in) she closes all the blinds at the front of the room because she "can't see her computer screen" with the sun coming in. It doesn't matter if it's overcast or sunny, she always does this. I sit just as close to these windows and have never had this problem and none of our screens face the windows but whatever. Also, she can't handle temperatures outside of her preferred range. She constantly complains about it being cold and will turn the heat up to insufferable levels despite no one else in the room wanting that. She could easily address this by wearing more clothes but I guess she'd rather inconvenience us.

My question to you all is, does anyone else have female coworkers like this who monopolize climate and conditions of a workspace with disregard for everyone else? I'm trying to figure out if this is just one annoying coworker or indicative of a larger mindset problem within "working" women as a whole. My working opinion is that she can't tolerate minor inconvenience and feels entitled to be comfortable at everyone else's expense but I want to hear your thoughts.
