Thats not gonna do much if they get hit by something. you want that hard hat as low as you can get it...

Theses are not survivor types... These are fashion statements with over sized asses.

Thank God I'm out of the workforce and the social circles... it was bad enough thirty years ago when the academic management types displaced the management that started at the bottom and worked up.

Things went from practical to absurd. The influx of women will turbo that effect. And what the guys will do is let them make stupid decisions and guys try to keep each other alive whilst implementing them.

And not give them any input to keep them from failing.

None of them are dressed properly. Those fashion jeans would tear open in an instant. Blouses are not safe around sparks/open flames. None of them are wearing safety glasses and they are wearing their hard hats improperly. Their hair should be tied up so as to not get pulled into tools and machinery. The only one in this picture who is probably actually working and doing things safe is the MAN walking out of the picture on the left.
