If you're head over heels for a girl this is what you do...

Jog for three miles
do 3 sets of 10 leg raises
do 3 sets of 10 squats
do 3 sets of 10 pull ups
do 3 sets of 10 sit ups

Now I'm saying this because in life you'll do two things, that's fucking and fighting and you better make sure you are the one to put the other person knocked the fuck out. Secondly when you do exercise do that extent you'll really not give a fuck about her because more importantly you'll use up your hormones exercising as opposed to doing something stupid like knocking her up.

And Lastly, even hotter females will be eyeing you and then you'll be able to compare and contrast between her and the other women.

Think of the times of the past before you were even aware of this girls existence, likely you were fine with that situation, your existence wasn't dependent on her in the first place, why is it now?

You romanticise the concept of a loving partner and you mix male mother need and sexual lust in it.

The person you know now, or you think you know now, will change beyond all recognition in a few short years. You will also change as you mature. There is absolutely no guarantee that you would still have enjoyed each others company if you had stayed together. She will want to explore her sexuality and won't want a monogamous relationship with you or any other guy as she "finds" herself. You too will want to experience what it's like to be with other women. The age you're at now isn't the time to make a long term commitment to anybody. You have to let her go, and allow yourself to experience what life has to offer. I can guarantee that she will be doing this whether you stayed around or not. If she's really the "one" then she will seek you out in her mid 20's but by this time you may have realised that she really wasn't that special at all. She's gone. This will talk on every once in a while and without fail every woman I got a little bit obsessed over would have ended up being the WORST possible option for me as a mate

Its almost like a lesson from the universe that your emotions are useless to follow. Without fail I would date again any of the women I actually date and got along with before than to get a chance at someone I was infatuated with once the insanity is gone

Now, getting rid of the insanity is hard sometimes but the first thing you should do is unfriend her from all social media you have. Let her stalk your life is she wants to, not the other way around

Apart from that, only time and experience will help. But remember this lesson because it will happen to you again and again but next time you can remind yourself

Give it time. Train your focus to be on something else. Focus on money, work, exercise, school. It takes discipline but you can do it. This is not the end.
