STORY TIME!

Last summer I was in Belgium for a few days. Booked a day long tour on WW1 battlefields. Get picked up at 8am, the whole thing lasted 14 hours. We rode a bus and made different stops at famous sites, cemeteries, etc.

The only other guy close to my age was with his GF. Everybody else was older. I sat behind them on the bus. At first I thought "Hmm, weird you bring your GF on WW1 battlefield tour...but whatever." Found out the guy was 2 years younger than me, from Canada. I'm from the States.

I listened to his girlfriend bitch to him the entire tour about his career, if he's getting a promotion at work, when he thinks he can retire, everything. She'd ask the questions. Constantly. They were on vacation in Europe, he dragged her on this tour I assume and this was ALL she talked about.

I made some conversation with him but that seemed to make her more pissy. It was truly incredible to witness how little she cared about that day's activity. He seemed oblivious so I assume it was still the early stages of their relationship.

just happened to me a week ago. was eating the most delicious sushi without a care in the world. two couples come in. one girl is HOT as fuck. but the girl won't come in. i can't hear shit but the doors are glass. see a very tall and handsome dude just with that "not this shit again" look on his face, just like wtf, why we fighting and she's just running her mouth a mile a minute. didn't even need to hear a word to know it was utter bullshit. man, felt so good to just be single and not give a fuck about that shit anymore.
