It's called "hover hand" and is usually thought of as lame, but I can see why someone would do that with the amount of cuntery going on nowadays. If I ever took a pic like that I would just have my hands at my sides and not bring them up like that.

He got sued though and had to pay 85k in lawyer fees. All because a crazy women claimed he fathered her kids and could change appearance at well. At best the judge was willing to compensate him 15k in legal fees but he turned it down. The world just isnt broke its a joke its a clown world. You can be an awesome man like this and still lose money to a crazy woman.
