Talking about social and technical problems here.

When it comes to men, we usually face problems / conflicts / issues straightforward in order to solve them as soon as possible. From little to major things, we want to get over it and move on with our lives.

I clearly remember times when other men had issues with me, so we just threw a few punches at each other, blowing some steam, and then we became best buddies. At work I always get things done ASAP to the best of my abilities and never give up, when I encounter an obstacle I either try to devise a solution on my own or ask my colleagues. Problems/conflicts must be solved here and now, not reported to tomorrow or next month, be they social conflicts or technical issues.

Women on the other hand tend to avoid problems / conflicts / issues as much as possible until they can't avoid them anymore. This is why women pretend to be best friends when together in the same room then backstab each other when separated, they have a social issue with each other but won't be straightforward about it, they will instead pretend that everything is fine and let the issue build up until either one of them can't take it anymore, explodes and go nuts.

Same reason women aren't very efficient workers, they give up way too easily when faced with any sort of difficulty, I see it all the time. They always take the easiest / laziest road and then deflect blame on men or other women.

And this, gents, is why men are required to build and maintain society, the whymin would just let it all go to shit because they 1. Don't want to get their hands dirty and 2. Don't want to address existing problems to improve society.

TLDR; When facing problems, men: "what's the best and most efficient way to solve this?", women: "why solve today what can be solved next year (aka never)?".
