Most women go into healthcare as a caregiver

To be fair, my dad has a female caregiver too. He’s a stroke patient, 60+ yo. But he prefers women caregivers cos of a few reasons —

One, they are “gentler” or just downright better with helping with hygiene (like clipping nails/ toenails). Also changing clothes (guys “muscle” his clothes on, but girls are more patient or something about it). Two, they seem to know more about cooking than male caregivers (as in, how to do the low sugar, low salt foods, more variety). Three (and most impt) they seem less pf a threat than male caregivers (at least thats my dads opinion)... like, he’s not as worried they’ll go on a roid rage and beat him up or something. Haha.

On the flip side though, if/when he trips over his cane or something, obviously male caregivers have more muscle or physical strength to lift my dad off the floor... but so far, since he’s had his stroke, he’d been much rathering women caregivers over men... the last male caregiver clipped a couple of his toenail so close to the digit it actually bled (i think thats one of the big deciding factors).

Women go into healthcare as a cover and to make her image seem even more caring so she can then trap some foolish man into thinking she is a good woman....then she destroys him and can walk away like a victim and play the good girl role...
