Fun fact: if you wet and wring out paper towel, you can put it under your cutting board and it stops about 90% of movement while cutting. Makes it much more safe! Then you already have a wet paper towel when it’s time to wipe up!

A thousand ways to do fajitas. Here's the Scetis way:

I like to juice about a dozen limes, some Cuervo, crushed red pepper, and marinade that flank or skirt steak in there for a good few hours.

Fry up that onion and bell pepper in some corn oil until the onions get good and caramelized. Maybe some garlic or mushroom if I'm adventurous. Then I pan fry that steak in the whole shebang droused in a bit of corn starch, with my seasonings.

Micro those tortillas, maybe grate some cheese, then it's done.

No jalapenos, no mushrooms, no sourcream, no avacado, no cheery tomatoes for dicing, no cheese although ill assume thats in the fridge... Its a good start but its missing the kick. Still enjoy as you made it.
