3) (optional) no children if they can be used against you

Anything else is up to you. depending on where you are and the women around you, you can either be ok acting the usual way around them or you might want to avoid them as much as possible to minimize risks.

For me it’s about freedom from obsession. I was obsessed with sex and validation when I browsed the ASKTRP sub. I’m learning to stop doing things ultimately for women.

Different levels for MGTOW. No set rules. I’m in monk mode. I had a 21 year relationship (dating plus marriage) after she left me for the cock carousel I didn’t see the need to bother with woman again. Of course I’m 40. If I was 25 again I may smash a bit.
