The time spent thinking about women can be better spent enjoying yourself.

Whether its personal fitness, hobbies, projects, etc.

In time, you won't even think about thinking about women. In time, you'll see a woman at work, in your personal life, on your daily commute, and truly see just how ugly they really are.

This has been happening to me a lot lately, where women that I once thought were attractive, they are losing their allure. I used to spin plates prior to fully committing to MGTOW, now I look at them and wonder what I found attractive in the first place. Give it time. Those urges for them whether its about companionship or sex are just addictions. Let yourself heal from that damage and believe me you won't need any rationale or a women to feel this good.

Try some things like hobbies and skills. Definitely get up earlier and definitely exercise. Cold showers are not required but strongly recommended.

No no no, here’s how you do it.
