If you're absolutely convinced that your bf will find out, then you need to tell him what happened, abjectly apologize and hope he forgives you. If you're NOT absolutely convinced that this will happen, you need to keep it to yourself, forever.

If you're backed into a corner, tell him, but you should probably just keep on lying to him. It's for his own good afterall
