I did no contact with my ex for a while. It was her decisions which led to the breakup, although it was me who actually ended things. Since then she has returned to California, where she was studying her masters. Now she's back in Europe and is depressed again. Guess who she suddenly actually wants to message? You guessed it. No contact works, but if you're using it to get her back, you're using it for the wrong reasons. No contact is so you can forget about her, not manipulate her into wanting you back.

If you really want her back, which you shouldn't, you should start dating a hot girl. Nothing makes an ex go crazy like the knowledge that you're fucking another girl.
