I get the "sure, I'll get you a drink if you kiss me" thing is making things more even, but it's a bad idea because you're entering into mild prostitution. You're no longer the sexual prize, she is. And that's for a full kiss. "Just a peck" means you're buying her drinks and that's it.

The correct answer to "buy me a drink" is a calm "no".

She made up an excuse to not do her part of the deal, claiming your performance wasn't good enough. This is just one of the problems with man-does-something-first-with-verbal-agreement-in-place.... ie women renege on agreements. Wait, do I understand this wrong, but you are stating that getting a drink for a grill as she tells you to do is a shit test pass? Because it's actually the opposite. And if her only interest in you is an opportunity for free shit then don't compromise yourself by wasting your time on her even more.
