So, we had a family gathering and we were looking at some old footage of me heading off to college 9 years ago. In the footage, he tells me to not fall into "the trap" and stay clear of females and drugs while I focus on studying.

I paused the video and I asked him "why didn't you want me to fall in the trap back then but now after college I should fall in the trap and get married?"

The whole family just laughs and I never get a real answer.
