How is this genius? It’s a pretty simple process to reverse. He just has to reach out to Venmo and explain the situation. Once they realize 2K was sent out fraudulently, they’d reverse it and have the dumb bitch’s account information (likely linked to a bank account). Doing that would require filing a police report so the cops would show up and at a minimum check the cameras to see the dumb cunt who just stole 2K.
