I don’t know when this happened but I’m noticing an explosion of the number of whores in western society. The funny thing is though, they’ll never call themselves whores. They’ll doll it up and make it seem empowering but who are they trying to fool? Themselves? Before I went my own way, I wanted to raise a boy and a girl. Now, all I can think of is my imaginary daughter being inundated by messages claiming that she can be a sex worker because “sex work is work”. Bullshit. I hate thinking about my imaginary son being told he’s worthless as a man. Why won’t anyone see where this behavior is leading? Do we as a society no longer have shame?
