Keyword “courtroom” crazy stuff is brought up in the court to help the defense attorney win their case. I wish they understood that. That’s why people hate lawyers because of the tactics that are used to win a case. im not condoning rapist I’m using common logical sense

The case didn't rest on the type of underwear she had on, that implies the jury cared only about that, and there was nothing else brought into evidence/defense.
