Hello brothers,
Currently in my life, I am kind of lost on what I should do. I am in my mid 20s and all that I have ever wanted my entire life is to be a husband and father. I’ve wanted to have my own family more than anything growing up but as life goes on, I find myself wanting to push those things much later down the line and now I’m not even sure if it is something I still should do.
A mix of things have me thinking this; Every girlfriend I have ever had has been unfaithful and cheated, I see the way the world is with women always having the advantage if something happens between us down the line, the world seems to be getting crazier everyday and I’m not sure if I want my kids to grow up in all the madness, several other things too but I think those are the biggest reasons.
I am single and don’t have my eyes set on anyone currently. Should I keep it that way? How everything has gone down for me in the past is really making me think I should just give up. There are two things that still give me hope that there could be a chance though. My mother and the church.
My mother is something else. She is what a woman should be like; Loyal, faithful, gives everything to her family, contributes, loves unconditionally, etc. My father seriously lucked out with her. The other reason being the church. A woman who truly believes in and fears God and follows the Bible is a woman who will have all the qualities necessary for a good and healthy relationship. I am Non-Denomination Christian for your knowledge.
What do you guys all think? Should I give up on my dream and go my own way? Or should I believe there is still a chance?

This. Look at what is going on with Ben Zobrist's divorce. Wife is a Christian singer, he is a 2-time World Series winner, great kids, millions of dollars, and she cheated on him with men AND women. AWALT.

You are very fortunate! I sincerely hope your wife remains the faithful and good women you married. I thought I had that, although we weren't married. I was totally blindsided by how she changed in her feelings and attitude toward me. This woman who for years cared about me so much, couldn't stand to go a day without talking to me, told me over and over how lucky she was to have me, all that went out the window for seemingly no reason. I really hope that doesn't happen to you.

You will get immense pressure from all sides to marry. The church, your family, friends, society at large. Be strong. Focus on earning and SAVING as much money as you can and never trust a woman or white knight (esp the betas at church). Don't flaunt your wealth or waste it on expensive toys that will attract the wrong kind of attention. Once you start to get established, women will be all over you and pretend to be the perfect Christian girl to trap you. I can't stress this enough...AWALT! Women are master manipulators and know how to stroke a mans ego to get his guard down. Christian women are especially adept at this. You think they are "good girls" because they read the bible and go to service every week and talk about Jesus. You will be sorry if you fall for it. Feel free to PM me if you want to talk brother.

Yes, it's pretty sad what men will settle for when it comes to dating and marriage. There is pretty much no hope for men to find a woman who brings anything of value to the table. Even if she does, the laws pretty much guarantee her cash and prizes when she decides to end the marriage. Government should have nothing to do with marriage. The amount of power the family court has over men is disgusting.
As far decision making in the household, someone has to have the final word. Yes there are a some idiot men who will make poor decisions, but nearly all women I have known make decisions based solely on their emotions, not rationality. The married men I have known do take their wives feelings lovingly into consideration. Even though they patiently explain why they are making a choice that goes against what their wives want, their wives act like petulant children when they don't get their way.

Since you're young, I would wait until you are older to consider marriage or kids. Remember, as a man there is no rush to have children, you can have kids up to the point you die. Besides, you'll gain valuable experience as you age to navigate landmines in dating. Wait until you are around ~50 yrs old and re-evaluate your position..Then start looking at younger girls (18-22 yrs) and virgins specifically. And who cares what society thinks, kings for centuries would marry 14 yr old virgins.
