Exercise. Or camp. If ya camp your forced to survive . But exercise is healthier for the body and the mind . Read about primitive camping. If ya have a place. Vehicke. Tent or house or trailer. Clean the hell out of it. You can still let the emotion go through cleaning or exercise..then has your mind is just focused on the rythmetic task . It will subconcouisly make a validated and calculated decision.

I understand how you feel man, maybe bad unproductive advice but what gets me out of it is realizing you we're wronged by hateful people. Just know they get a dopamine rush when they see you in shambles, get angry because you have every right to be. Anger is better than being sad as shit. Go out and lift some heavy weight.
