Buy a large storage device and recorder (maybe SD card with your phone). Whenever they're talking mess just record them. Don't think it's legal but hey, what if you "rape" one of them one day?

It's not that bad. The worst case scenario is 30% women and 60% white knights.

If they are all women just fly under the radar, they will argue between them.

Try not to notice how they verbally compete with one another, trying to shriek with laughter the loudest. Try not to notice how they can talk for 20 minutes without saying anything.

I recommend to keep a shallow relationship with all co-workers ever. They are never or extremely rarely your friends. Anything personal can and will be used against you sooner or later. Just keep casual conversations about the weather, sports etc in coffee/ lunch breaks. But keep a complete mystery about your personal life. It's none of their business. Even if they spill out all their secrets. And should they ask you about personal matters: keep the answers as shallow and non informative possible. F.e. "are you married?" Just say "no, one day perhaps."

Regarding the females. You'll see not everyone is out to devour your soul but tread carefully though. Pass the job related shittests and fail the personal ones. F.e. is your lady boss start to nag about how you should do your job, just politely say: "that's your POV. I'll do my job my way, the best I can." But if she's saying: "please be a dear and fetch me a cup of coffee." Just beat down your ego and do it. Better yet: if you go for your own cup, ask her if she wants one as well. IMO it's best they regard you as a simp who is excellent at his job. That way you'll avoid any unwanted personal attention from them...

Headphones + be anti social.

Don't just be a dick, but just don't get sucked into them. I work in IT, and on the "operations" side of things it's 90%+ women. I work in the same open space as them everyday for about 6 months. I know the name of exactly 1 of them, and only say "good day/See you tomorrow" to a handfull of people there (and all of them men).

I get in, do my job properly, and leave. Period. No socializing or nothing of the kind.
