Well...as a dad with sons (late teen and 20 now)...I would have liked to see that when they were in day care. Pit my boys against the other kids in their day care (age appropriate so a two year old isn't fighting a four year old). Put some boxing gloves on the little guys and watch them go. I'd laugh my a$$ off--I bet the other dads would get a kick out of it too ('cause men are like that). Then teach the boys to shake hands and tell each other "good fight"...after it's all done to show them how to act appropriately.
