Her name is 'Maria do Rosario'. It's a female politician of the extreme left (you american call them liberals).

Since Bolsonaro's ascension to power, one important reform are being passed in Congress: the Pension System Reform. It basically cuts every single privilege there is out there. No more retirements of the magnitude of 30x the average worker's retirement for politicians is one of them. Everybody will pay the same, and receive the same once retired.

Since the conservatives are now a majority in Congress, the reform is moving forward, and the liberals are freaking out. No, not the average fraking out you see in the press, but really, really freaking out (because they will lose their privileges). So there is a lot of discussion and caos whenever the reform is being debated.

In this incident, the congresswoman, which is known to go ballistic from time to time, went careless and (on purpose?) bumped into another congressman, claiming he did it. She then pushed other congressman and tried to make a scene (to no avail). That not only cost her right to speak on the Congress's microphone, but also made all the press pay attention to the congressman actually talking, which had all the time and attention to disprove the left's lies.

It was beautiful.
