Hello everyone, long time lurker here. A little background about myself before I jump into today's topic. My name's EB and I am a nursing student. I want to talk about my everyday experiences with women in a professional and social sense along with other related topics.

My experience in nursing thus far has been rocky. The material itself is not too bad or hard honestly. The way it is presented and tested is though. I have noticed that women have this amazing ability of saying a simple topic in a long winded way. Another big issue is discrimination.

As a male I have faced discrimination on every leg of nursing school. Initially women are skeptical of my and other males intentions. They all assume we are horn dogs looking to cope a quick feel on patients or looking to hook up with fellow nurses. This could not be further from the truth, I honestly think I have an ethical obligation to help better society. However this doesn't change the fact that women will inevitably harbor the notion that I am nothing more than a penis on legs. Which leads me to my behavior around them.

I understand that being outward MGTOW would be a very stupid idea. So I try not to put off the vibe, most of the time I try to keep quiet of my actual thoughts on any given day. Each it grows harder and harder not to slip up and let out a little truth here and there. But EB aren't other males in your cohort/ program? Yes there are but they for the most part are milquetoast or full on "blue pill". Speaking to them about anything besides school and other platitudes of life will only serve to ostracize me more. To add to this I live in a highly progressive state and it seemingly will only get worse.

I think my biggest hurdle as a MGTOW is the social isolation that is all around me. I don't care for physical isolation but social isolation is killing me. I can't stand that I have to bottle up my thoughts and ideas for fear of persecution like Frankenstein's monster.

Thank you for your time and I hope you have a productive day. -EB
