Most likely she has enjoyed your "friendship", which I translate to mean you are her beta orbiter, and she is concerned that your new physique and confidence will land you a girl who will actually fuck you to keep you around. She doesn't want the competition because she knows she probably won't measure up.

You were her fat male friend. The guy who was so desperate to have female attention, you probably did almost anything for her and she didn’t even have to think about your dick, let alone touch it in any capacity.

Now that you’re getting attention (other than the “attention” she graces you with just by acknowledging you), she recognizes that you’re going to disappear.

I shit you not. As you start getting female attention, she will sabotage it. She will even finally offer you a chance just to kill any prospects you have and will immediately end it by “realizing you’re just better as friends.” Even if she does give you a shot, she’ll want to “take it slow,” as there’s no way she’s ever touching you.

The sooner you realize this girl isn’t even a friend, the better off you are.

What did you do to lose 70 in half a year? I need to lose weight pretty badly, over 300 at the moment, and have difficulty processing the extreme amount of info out there about dieting and exercise.

A mix of jealousy and sense of abandonment because the better you become the more options you're gonna have.

Don't destroy her, but let her know that you started a life-long journey to be the best you can and she has two choices: feel happy for you or end the friendship.

I went through the same thing. i told my female friend Ive become a "New better me" she responded by saying one day down the line "i dont like new K_N0RRIS" cuz new me was spending less time with her and banging whoever he wanted, getting stronger, making more money and generally happier. We had no sexual attraction honestly but we've been great friends for a long time. Great person.

Your friend basically knows and can see that you are becoming a better version of you and is afraid that she will lose that person.

I only have 2 recommendations:

If you sense she is developing jealousy because you are now hot and she knows you can get any girl you want but dont want her, I promise you its driving her up the walls. She doesn't realize it but that's what's happening. Shes becoming attracted to somebody she doesnt want to be attracted to.

Cut her off. Or dont hang with her as often. Eventually her memory will reset and you'll probably get to bang her too.

2 . If you sense the opposite of above, meaning she still has no sexual attraction to you and theres been no tension ever and shes actually a good person and friend to you, just reassure her that your relationship is and will always remain the same amount of love and respect as before when you were a fatty. But she has to respect that you are happier and living a much better life or see the door.

You can be a Chad and still have a female friend or two. Just make they are actually decent human beings, know their place and respect you
