My mom was NPD and my first gf was BPD. No sympathy for these animals.

Surprisingly I notice a lot of NPD/BPD traits among every day women, more so than men.

If they are medically diagnosed with BPD/NPD, they shouldn't be in any condition to date people. Plain and simple.

News flash: You're more likely to be physically harmed or killed by a raging cunt with at least a mental disorder in a fit of rage.

And let's not forget to add the fact that they have the tendency to harm themselves to the point they commit suicide.

Do I feel bad for them? No, they should be responsible for their own actions which is to seek professional help, therapy and live their lives on their own because they're fucked.

There's a lot of buzz word conditions in the world of psychology, usually there to disguise that professions lack of real understanding!

For one, what defines a 'normal' personality? Normal thoughts? We don't even know what a thought is yet we define normal and then proceed to medicate people?

A friend and colleague gave me this golden rule of thumb: a good, sexy and hot looking woman is a BPD until proven otherwise. The red flags in/ on them are usually pretty obvious: cuttings in her arms/ legs, extreme emotional rollercoasters, breathing graffiti walls, pierces. A somewhat more subtle red flag is she's being so GD hot it seems too good to be true. (spoiler: it is). Another one if she's saying "I ALWAYS help people, but nobody appreciates that." NPD is somewhat harder to "catch." I mean especially regarding talking about herself isn't exactly a rare female trait. As is lack of self insight regarding things going wrong, always put the blame away. As easy as it is to pinpoint male narcissists, females are IMO much harder. So NPD with women is either extremely prevalent or rare. My best bets is to look if she's starting to boss you around too soon or better: create a situation where she's with her female "friends." Social creatures as they are even a NPD woman will have a circle of friends. Look if those friends are actually all frenemies or she's the alfa bitch of the pack and bosses all her subjugates around.

OTOH... why am I explaining this on a MGTOW forum? Sorry, felt the urge to write it down.

I have absolutely NO sympathy. Why? Because 99% of them who say they have "Bi-polar disorder" or " Narcissistic personality disorder " have actually never been medically evaluated to confirm that. And even if they have, 99% of THOSE don't take the proper medication or seek the proper treatment for it.

I struggled with depression my entire life. At 13 I was involuntarily committed to a mental hospital, then to a treatment facility, for threatening suicide in front of my parents. I was there for 3 months. I was diagnosed as Manic Depressive with Obsessive compulsive tendencies. And you know what? I'm 40 years old now, I take medicine once a day, every day for it and I'm fine. I've always held down my jobs, and managed to function and never use it as a crutch. Are some days tougher than others? Sure. But part of being an adult is facing difficulties. So you're absolutely right. Most men handle it like MEN.

I feel the same way about anxiety, if it's serious sure, get help for it but if it's a self diagnosed get over it, everyone has anxiety and it isn't an excuse to be an asshole to people. This extends to guys too but it's almost always women with self diagnosed conditions.

Depends on the person. Those that genuinely medicate and try their best to overcome their illness are ok in my book.

Most others use it as a lazy excuse for being assholes however, and I've zero sympathy for them.
