It's hard for them to apologise because they won't be just thinking about the immediate issue, they'll be dredging-up all the past shit in their head and saying to themselves "why should I apologise because 3 years ago he did blah blah". The ability for women to dredge things up in an instant still amazes me.

Never...the only time they say "i'm sorry" is followed up by "but you..."...i've had a handful of breakups because the girl openly said "NO" when asked for an apology...simply put saying sorry would mean she was wrong and being wrong and taking responsibility for ones actions is WAY too much for the female ego to handle.

No. Women lack accountability. They literally can't cope with feeling responsibility for their failures, and for harming others. They just can't.

If they try, they suffer massive cognitive dissonance. So instead their unique neurology just flips a 'i don't care' switch and they go about their lives without a shred of remorse.

I'm going to go against the grain on this one and say yes. I say this because I have seen women apologize and APPEAR to be genuine, but they would have been outcasts, or not accepted into the "cool kids" group. My theory is that they feel sorry for a situation they have been placed in, not necessarily sorry for what they did to a person.
