Honestly, the way black urban males are treated is a fucking travesty. That whole environemnt is a melting pot of shit.

Schools that don't care about them, crab in a bucket mentality with gangs, a culture that neglects self-betterment and encourages violence, and a swarm of single mothers who can't seem to learn how fucked up it is to have a child they can't properly raise.

Nobody wants to associate with them, and for good reason - there are so many bad apples in their group that it isn't even worth the risk. I say as soon as a kid gets in trouble once, send him to military school instead of juvie. Get those kids out of those cesspits and watch them flourish.

But illegals, we must be compassionate to illegals, its not like we have a bunch of young unemployed angry men in America, we need more illegals,more immigrants, we shouldn't dare to try to find jobs for the AMERICANS already in America. We need to give more jobs to Rajpoor and Juan Pedro.

Over the past six months, Jayy Matias applied for more than 22 jobs at grocery stores, restaurants and home improvement retailers but hasn’t landed anything.

I find this hard to believe, but it's not impossible. There are still a bunch of out of work people that the BLS just pretends don't exist.

“It’s tough. I want to help my mom and dad out, but I’ve been struggling to find a job,” said Matias, a senior at Pedro Albizu Campos High School in Humboldt Park. “I’m used to not getting a call back, not getting a job, not being accepted.”

"Oh, you're a qualified candidate, but you're not the BEST candidate!"

It can't be that important for the job to get filled when qualified candidates get shot down for being insufficiently-sufficiently qualified, despite showing up ready to work.

Matias, 18, was one of nearly 100 students from inner-city charter schools that protested joblessness and gun violence in low-income communities in Chicago outside of the James Thompson Center Friday.

“If we wanted to really stop violence, we would employ everyone who wanted a job,” he said.

But then, how would HR departments and third-party hiring companies justify treating job-seekers like a fickle Tinder bitch treats men?

Don't worry. I'm sure having a bunch of disaffected, jobless, alienated young men in an urban environment will work out for the best. It's not as if they'll start ripping shit apart or anything just out of anger and boredom.
