Everything you are comes from inside yourself. Ranging from fears and psychological issues to completely irrelevant stuff like this. Since they are created by yourself you are the only person that can get rid of them. Coaching and counselling is always a scam.

Women are both the greatest small scale scammers (hippie shit, irrational rituals, doing stupid shit at the gym etc.) as well as the ones most susceptible to mental manipulation (since they are incapable of independent thought, anything outstanding seems appealing to them).
