Omg I am laughing so hard. I literally saw this a few weeks ago when it first got released and people made jokes about how this recruiting tool will be the end of female hiring or something along that line. Now I read this. Holy shit I’m fucking dead. Thanks for the good laugh.

The thing is big corporations can afford to hire women, and not all companies consist of 100s and thousands of employees with millions or billions of dollars in turnovers in a fiscal year what about the small structured companies about below 15 -20 or below 100 employees statistically it's been proves that women take more paid leaves, child care etc, don't get me wrong I appreciate these child care leaves but a companies ultimate goal is to make money and they see this as hindrance especially the smaller ones they cant afford to do that and if a metoo allegation goes to the court house it'll be shit show, defamation, lawsuits etc the organizations reputation is lost.. Its not about competence entirely it's just risky to hire women these days. I'm sure there are lot of brilliant women to hire but there are many more men of same or of higher calibre who are willing to do same work for the same pay In the end business is there just to make money It's all about efficiency of employees and reputation (which some women who don't have right mindsets can destroy very easily)
