It’s pretty hard man, but it’s best to just ignore them completely. I have manners, I used to make a habit of saying to whoever that walks by but now I just avoid conversing all together. All women like to do is gossip, pull your buttons and be lazy af. Just imagine working in an open office with only 3 men. In all honesty there’s only me, since the other two are beta af. Btw I also struggle with women in the workplace

It’s not even the women that bother me the most, it’s the pussy whipped men who grovel at their every move and turn into absolute turd suckers when they are around.

One guy on my team is a 40 something who turns into the corniest, over the top cuck I have ever seen. He’ll turn on this stupid flirt voice when he’s talking to them and it’s embarrassing as fuck. Also he’ll stop mid conversation about important topics and just stare at ANY passing female. It makes me cringe so hard.

I treat women the same as men. They are there to do a job. I don't care if these women were coddled by everyone else. I ignore all B.S. and stick to the task. No one can criticize me for that.

indifference and invisibility. Be busy, be friendly, pleasant, smile, non-threatening, not aggressive and minimize your interactions.

I treat it like acting, wearing a mask, playing the game, and avoid as much as possible.

I got a new job late last year, in an area that is mostly older white guys similar to myself. For whatever reason, our focus area does not attract younger workers (male or female), and few older women. We have a program to hire and train people out of college, they get assigned to support and work with teams in a specific area, nearly every one of these new hires leaves our area as soon as they can for more "interesting" areas that are popular in the industry press and garner most of the attention. None have been due to HR issues.

My area and team has been growing for years, meeting or exceeding our targets consistently. It's not the easiest or most flashy in the business, but our existing customers consistently expand (buy more), and we have a growing list of new customers. We can't keep the younger workers or older women, but we fill our openings with quality candidates quickly.

Best thing to do is start setting up your chess pieces for an exit gambit and an opening of your own freelance or competing business.

If possible get the guys who are pissed to start working on the side as a group, and booting up the new business without the company or women knowing what you are up to.

Do a better job on work for the start up, and get contracts completed ahead of time and for a better price.

Its open water with the current companies and others being stupid. You just need an ice breaker to get to that open water.

My workplace is predominantly populated by women. I don't get caught up in socializing and focus on talk about work. I try to make myself as boring as possible. They tend to leave me alone since they get no added social value or social proof from being seen talking with me. I've noticed that if you're seen around women it makes it more likely other women will approach you, since women tend to follow other women's opinion that something is popular. I go my own way and do my own thing and rarely do I get any interest from women.

I initiate no conversations with females at work. If they agree with something I say, I laugh at them and walk away. Otherwise, I stick to myself. There is no upside to chit-chat with emotional, illogical things. "Team building" is an excuse to chit-chat. Don't go. The landmines are already set for you there.

If you work in tech, maybe look at smaller firms, that where you will find the least amount of gyncentric cuckery. Yesterday or the day before some on here posted (or maybe commented) he works in a smaller IT company rather than some big shot, home brand company like Google or IBM. The reason being was to focus on your joy of programming or the field in which you find yourself rather than working at some big well known firm just to brag.

Avoid large companies, avoid ones where they hire quotas. Consider to start your own business, will solve many problems. If not possible, just suck it up man, if you try to avoid them and keep your mouth shut, I find they will attack you viciously. Just try to stay generally friendly, but never become friends, say, hi, bi, the minimum. Offer no favors, and take none.

I set the tone from day one, I'm there to work, not to socialize. If we happen to become 'friends', so be it. I've had former employers tell me , 'If you're ever back in this city and you need a job, I'm in the phone directory, wherever I am, you're there too'. I'm friendly, not the asshole no one can talk to, but the bottom line is work. I am not the guy to entertain the married whores for eight hours, there's always a clown or two who covers that. I'm not interested in a date at the workplace. Set the tone from day one by your interactions with them.
