After driving over an hour to go to a doctor's appointment, he and a bunch of other people were stuck in the waiting room because the nurses were busy gossiping for over an hour.

Eventually, my friend went back to where they were and said, "are you here to chit chat or are you here to work?"

And whaddaya know...within a couple of minutes, a clearly embarrassed nurse came out and started calling people back.
