Don't worry about the urologist's opinion. He (or she for that matter) will ask thoroughly if you're sure and that undoing the procedure is hard and not guaranteed to work. Probably will give you a term to change your mind. And if you're still sure do the procedure. 1 point though: don't assume you're infertile right away. IIRC you need about 20 ejacs before reaching that. Ask the urologist to be sure.
