there's a bar on top of one of the tallest buildings, forget the name, but it was the best bar with the best view I ever saw in my life. and it wasn't expensive at all
Let me know when you remember the name. Rooftop bars are usually pretty expensive compared to the rest of the economy here.

I didn't downvote, but if you don't like cranes, then so be it. You can find cranes all over Saigon, as things constantly change around here. I do get some enjoyment out of growth.
