So I wanted to post and see if you gentlemen that aren't yet fortunate enough to escape the corporate world, like myself, are feeling the same way I am.

I feel like every day the stupidity, pettiness, and pointless conversations are driving me more and more insane. I might just have bad luck and am stuck with a group of especially stupid people but I seriously doubt that's the case.

I happen to work with about 90% women, but even the men are like this as well.

Hearing some of the things that are said, seeing how this one talks about that one, seeing how a lot of these people are seemingly incapable of what I consider to be an extremely easy job, its starting to really annoy me. I would love to be able to just ignore everyone but sadly I'm a lead here and have to interact with my peers and those under me daily.

Am I alone or is the corporate world completely full of incompetence?
