i have read this in a few places and it got me thinking. how is a lottery ticket treated? if it is not a winner it gets crumpled up and thrown away. if it is a small prize ticket then it is usually cashed in and used to buy more tickets. the big jackpot ticket is still cashed in 95% of the time for a lump sum payment. the lottery winner that chooses the lump sum payment is usually broke again in less that six years.
how is a man treated? if he is not a winner ( genetic, financial ) gets cast aside. if he is a small prize he gets cashed in order for her to have more opportunities with other men ( a relationship that lasts long enough to meet and seduce his more successful friend, boss or whatever ). now the woman finally finds her jackpot ticket, she doesn't take the annuity over 30 years ( stay married for the long haul ) she cashed him in for the lump sum ( divorce ). after the divorce the woman usually remarried within 5 years.
men are not lottery tickets but we are treated like one. thrown away, used for monkey branching, or just straight up cashed in for a few years of luxury.
