I would have had fun with it. Since this person was already in full entitlement mode. I would draw a picture of a fridge, tell her that you have one more, but you are not sure if she wants it. She will ask about it, just say, well, I will let you make your judgment when you see it. Once she arrives, hand her the piece of paper and say, what's your offer?
